🚀 Hiring: Senior Product Manager — Fintech / Lending / Cards
📍 Panama | Full-time | Relocation provided
We’re looking for a strong Senior Product Manager to help scale fintech products across lending, cards, BNPL and digital financial services.
This is a strategic and hands-on role with direct impact on product growth, portfolio quality and business performance.

What you’ll work on:
— Credit lines, credit cards, BNPL and debit card products
— Product funnels: onboarding → activation → usage → repayment
— Product strategy, roadmap and experimentation
— Risk, underwriting and portfolio quality optimization
— Cross-functional execution with Risk, Tech, Marketing and Operations
— Product metrics: activation, utilization, NPL, CAC, retention, margin, repayment behavior

We’re looking for someone with:
✔️ 5+ years in Product Management
✔️ 3+ years in fintech / lending / cards / payments
✔️ Experience with credit products, BNPL, cards or digital banking
✔️ Strong product analytics and ownership mindset
✔️ Experience balancing growth, UX and risk management
✔️ Business English or Spanish
