What You Will Do
Nissha Medical Technologies is looking for a IT Business Analyst to join our Information Technology team! The role is responsible for supporting the global implementation of Oracle ERP Cloud within Nissha Medical Technologies across multiple sites in the US, Canada, the UK, the Dominican Republic, France and Germany. You will work closely with the core implementation team and other partners both internal and external to help deliver a high-quality solution on time and within budget. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the technical team and business user community.
- Consult with business units to identify and document business needs, objectives, processes, requirements, data scope, and security requirements.
- Manage changes to business requirements, ensuring impacts are documented, communicated, and understood throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and approve testing strategies, plans, criteria, and results to ensure solutions meet business requirements and customer expectations.
- Support the resolution of business-reported issues, working with internal teams and external support organizations as needed.
- Lead the creation of user documentation, instructions, and procedures in collaboration with business SMEs.
- Work with business leadership and staff to develop business requirements, user stories/scenarios, and test plans.
- Develop and maintain business specifications for new or modified systems, collaborating with system integrators, developers, and IT management.
- Lead the development and acceptance of testing standards.
- Monitor and document post-implementation issues, problems, and revision requests.
What You Bring
Core Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited college with a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business or Public Administration, Computer Science, Communications or a related field
- Ability to initiate, maintain and develop relationships
- Some international and domestic travel is required
- Requires five or more years of relevant experience as a business analyst, business systems analyst or systems project manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Functional business experience in areas of distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, sales and finance operations
- Prior system development and package implementation experience using a formal methodology (SDLC, Agile, etc.)
- Experience writing business requirements and business process mapping for multiple business functions
- Project management and system integrator vendor management experience

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $80,000-$120,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
