HUB Engineer

We are looking for an experienced HUB Engineer to support the stable operation of liquidity hubs and trading connectivity. The role includes working night shifts on a monthly schedule and communicating with an international English-speaking team

Responsibilities
• Administration, configuration and ensuring the uninterrupted operation of liquidity Hubs: OZ, PrimeXM, Centroid, FXCubic etc.
• Onboarding for the new clients, monitoring of client operations, routing of the profiles, risk profiles, setup and recovery
• Communication with clients and backoffice specialists
• Technical support for internal and external clients of the Company
Requirements
• 2–3+ years as a System Administrator or L2 Support Engineer
• Hands-on experience with:
- PrimeXM / OneZero / Centroid
- FIX protocol knowledge and troubleshooting
- onboarding of MT4/MT5 connector
- onboarding of giveup (dropcopy) connector
• Network troubleshooting
• Emergency procedure handling (escalation proces, troubleshooting, quick reaction)
• Good English communication skills (B2/C1)
• Readiness to work night shifts
Preferred
• Experience with monitoring systems (Zabbix or similar)
• Knowledge of REST API / RabbitMQ
• MySQL (reports, reconciliation tasks)

• Remote - world (means all location in gmt +4 (+-1 hour) or all who are ready to work in this timezone
• English-speaking team
