About the role:
At Andersen, Delivery Managers drive successful project delivery for international clients across industries such as FinTech, Healthcare, Telecom, and more. You’ll manage projects end-to-end, collaborate with global stakeholders, and help teams deliver high-quality solutions at scale.

Responsibilities:
• Manage several projects end-to-end
• Own timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery efficiency
• Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders
• Track and improve delivery metrics
• Support pre-sales activities
• Apply technical background to make delivery decisions
• Mentor teams and build long-term client relationships

Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in delivery/project management
• Strong technical background and understanding of architecture
• Experience with Fixed Price projects
• Ability to build projects from scratch and scale delivery processes
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• English level B2+
