We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help early-stage AI startups scale with top engineering talent across the US, Europe, and Latin America.
What you’ll do:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle
• Source and engage software engineering talent
• Build strong candidate pipelines
• Partner with founders and hiring managers
What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Knowledge of software engineering roles
• Experience hiring in the US and LatAm
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn, and AI outreach tools
• Fluent English (C1/C2)
