We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with a proven eCommerce track record to join an international Customer Journey & Design team through InnoIT. Hands-on senior role combining strong UX/UI craft, deep eCommerce expertise, and the ability to challenge Business, Product and Technology — not just execute requirements.
Your mission:
- Own the UX/UI of key eCommerce journeys: discovery, conversion, checkout, payment, post-purchase.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI.
- Work advanced in Figma and Design Systems.
- Use research, analytics, user behaviour and A/B testing / CRO to drive decisions.
- Collaborate directly with Product, Business and Engineering.
- Design scalable solutions across countries, balancing global standardization and local needs.
- Challenge requirements when they aren't the best solution for user or business.
What you bring:
- 8–10+ years in UX / Product / UX-UI Design.
- Strong, demonstrable eCommerce track record — customer-facing products shipped at scale.
- Background in recognized eCommerce / marketplace / retail / digital-first companies.
- Advanced Figma · Design Systems · responsive & mobile-first.
- Analytics, experimentation, conversion optimization.
- Close collaboration with Product & Engineering; strong stakeholder management.
- Good spoken Spanish + professional English (B2+).
Portfolio filter: real products, real outcomes — business problem, customer problem, what you challenged, what you designed, how you worked with Product/Tech, and measurable impact.
