Senior UX/UI Designer

We’re hiring: Senior UX/UI Designer - AI-Curious
We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our agency full-time.
First and foremost, we’re looking for a strong designer - someone with a great eye, solid UX thinking, and the ability to take a product from an early idea to a polished experience.
At the same time, we’re actively exploring how AI can make our work faster and better. We’re looking for someone who is curious about new tools, comfortable experimenting with AI workflows, and interested in finding smarter ways to work.
What we’re looking for
• Primarily senior-level experience
• Strong UX/UI and visual design skills
• Confident in Figma
• Comfortable designing websites, desktop and mobile applications
• Strong English communication skills
• Comfortable using AI tools, skills and workflows as part of the design process
• Experience conducting UX/product audits is a plus
• Responsible, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
A note on AI
We use AI to streamline the process, not replace the designer.
We experiment with AI-assisted workflows for exploration, research, prototyping and execution - but we care deeply about craft. We curate, refine and manually tweak our work rather than shipping generic AI-generated output.
Good taste and good judgment still come first.
