Senior Product Manager

🚀 Senior Product Manager (Fintech / Lending / Cards)
📍 Location: Panama (relocation provided)
💼 Format: Full-time

Looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of its lending and card products.

What you'll do:
Own the product strategy and roadmap for lending and card products.
Drive the full customer journey: application → approval → activation → usage → repayment.
Improve product funnels, activation, retention, and monetization.
Work closely with Risk, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance.
Analyze product performance and launch data-driven improvements.

Requirements:
5+ years of Product Management experience.
3+ years in Fintech.
Mandatory experience with credit products (credit cards, consumer lending, credit lines, or similar).
Strong understanding of lending metrics, customer lifecycle, and product analytics.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Business-level English or Spanish.

➕ Nice to have:
Experience with Visa/Mastercard products.
Experience in Latin America or emerging markets.
Background in digital banking, neobanks, lending platforms, or digital wallets.
