Senior Manager Global Service Parts and Technical Enablement (f/m/d)

Then come and join our global team as Senior Manager Global Service Parts and Technical Enablement (f/m/d) to drive strategic spare parts initiatives, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and successfully scale sustainable solutions for repair, reuse, and lifecycle management.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You drive the strategic expansion of the spare parts portfolio across multiple Business Lines and are responsible for the successful scaling of the established service spare parts concept.
- You work closely with key stakeholders to continuously ensure concepts for repair, rebranding, and relabeling.
- You design cross-functional decision-making processes, work instructions, and release criteria for the repair and reuse of spare parts.
- You coordinate budget, resource, and implementation planning, as well as quality-related topics, in collaboration with the respective functional departments.
- You take ownership of spare parts demand management, monitor the development of the spare parts portfolio, and actively contribute requirements to ongoing digitalization initiatives.
- You hold a successfully completed university degree in an engineering, scientific, or comparable field.
- You bring many years of professional experience in one of the following areas: Quality, R&D, Customer Services Systems Engineering, or Regulatory Affairs, ideally within the CT, AT, XP, or MR modalities.
- You possess a strong technical understanding of medical imaging systems, their components, and the associated development, quality, and regulatory processes.
- You have excellent knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes as well as practical experience in managing product and spare parts lifecycles, End-of-Support (EoS) processes, and SAP-based spare parts and inventory structures.
- You have an established network and strong professional credibility within R&D and Quality organizations across different modalities.
- You have a proven track record in managing complex cross-functional alignment processes and are confident working within international matrix organizations.

- You excel in communication and stakeholder management and have the ability to align diverse interests across all organizational levels.
- You work independently, in a structured and analytical manner, and maintain a clear overview even in complex organizational and technical environments.
- You possess strong organizational and prioritization skills, enabling you to successfully manage multiple strategic initiatives and alignment activities in parallel.
- You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality and consistently drive topics from concept through successful implementation.
- You enjoy working in an international environment and are willing to undertake national and international business travel when required.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; German language skills are considered an advantage.
