Looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in telephony systems and dialer technologies.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Asterisk-based dialer systems
• Configure SIP trunks, IVR, queues, dial plans, and call routing
• Build backend services using Node.js
• Design dashboards with React.js
• Troubleshoot VoIP, SIP, RTP, and performance issues
• Integrate dialers with CRM and third-party platforms

🧠 Requirements:
• 5+ years hands-on experience in Asterisk
• Strong knowledge of SIP, RTP, VoIP, IVR, and dialers
• Experience with predictive/progressive/outbound dialers
• Proficiency in Node.js and React.js
• Linux and database knowledge (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

⭐ Good to Have:
• Cloud telephony or contact center platforms
• AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
