LegitGrails is a fashion-tech company that authenticates luxury items (bags, sneakers, accessories) using a combination of human expertise and AI. We work with 500+ brands and process thousands of authentication requests.
We are looking for a hands-on QA tester who can quickly understand the product, independently identify risky areas, and ensure high quality before release.
This is a manual-first role with a strong focus on speed, ownership, and product thinking.

What you’ll do
- Test core user flows end-to-end (auth, payments, submissions)
- Perform exploratory testing (edge cases)
- Validate UI implementation vs Figma
- Check integrations (analytics, payments, auth, support tools)
- Test both web (account.legitgrails.com) and mobile app (LegitGrails)
- Report bugs clearly (steps, severity, expected vs actual)
- Help define what should be tested (not just execute tasks)
- Clear bug reports (with reproduction steps and severity)
- Release checklist
- Basic smoke test suite (manual or simple automation)

- Basic automation skills (Playwright, Cypress, etc.)
- Experience testing payments
- Experience testing mobile apps (iOS / Android)
