We are looking for an experienced QA Manager / AVP with a strong background in Banking & Payment Systems to lead quality initiatives, bridge the gap between business and IT, and drive mission-critical payment applications.

✅ Mandatory Skills:

🔹 15+ years of overall experience with 10+ years in Business Requirement Mapping & SDLC
🔹 Banking & Payments Domain expertise (Mandatory)
🔹 Hands-on experience with NEFT, RTGS & SFMS
🔹 Strong understanding of API, Microservices & Middleware Technologies
🔹 Knowledge of IBM MQ, Oracle DB, SQL, Basic Java, Apache Tomcat, UNIX (AIX/RHEL)
🔹 Experience in HLD, LLD, Requirement Analysis & Stakeholder Management
🔹 Excellent communication, analytical & problem-solving skills

⭐ Preferred:

✔ Knowledge of ISO 20022, MT15022, SWIFT, LC & BG messaging
✔ PMP Certification (Good to Have)
