Make an impact by helping customers turn complex services engagements into successful outcomes. As a Principal Consulting Services Territory Manager, you will help lead the planning, delivery, and oversight of customer-facing consulting projects while partnering across Professional Services, Support, Sales, and leadership teams. You will be responsible for balancing customer needs, project risk, profitability, and delivery expectations across multiple engagements. We are seeking applicants with strong client leadership, strategic thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to bring teams together to create long-lasting success. What you will be doing: Coordinate and execute customer product and service delivery projects from initiation through completion, helping ensure work is delivered on time and within budget. Partner with Support and internal teams to resolve customer issues, strengthen client relationships, and serve as an escalation point for professional services and implementation concerns. Lead and participate in project kickoffs, planning sessions, steering committee meetings, and other customer engagements, both remotely and on-site. Support pre-sales activities through customer presentations, services planning, proposal development, work plan creation, and consultation on delivery strategy. Lead reviews of engagement scope, planning, cost estimates, and pricing while sharing best practices and subject matter expertise with team members. What you will likely bring: 8+ years’ relevant experience with a demonstrated track record of success, including 3+ years’ industry-specific or specialized experience. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers, consultants, executives, and internal teams in both in-person and remote settings. Exceptional organizational, time management, and project sponsorship skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Experience managing high-level profit and loss performance across multiple states while maintaining visibility into individual project performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess customer challenges and recommend practical, strategic improvements. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
