🚀 We’re hiring a Marketing Graphic Designer

Office / Hybrid / Remote | 🕒 Full-time | 📅 5/2

📍Location: Minsk; Poland

We are an independent European hosting provider with 20 years of experience and its own infrastructure in 37 countries. We offer reliable VPS and VPN solutions, storage, and high-performance dedicated servers for businesses of any scale.
We also are a service for proxies and scrapers, used to access and collect valuable data without getting blocked.

🔍 Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create digital visual solutions and understands how design drives results. You will support marketing campaigns visually, develop creatives for different channels – from social media and email to landing pages and banners – and help strengthen the brand’s visual style.

💼 What Will You Do?

1. Visual support for marketing campaigns
- Creatives development for advertising campaigns
- Resizing for platform requirements
2. Designing digital assets
- Banners and visuals for performance marketing
- Graphics for social media and content platforms
- Website graphics (blog, illustrations)
- Landing pages and promo pages (often in collaboration with UX/UI)
3. Motion Design
- Edit short-form vertical videos for social media
- Create and edit ad videos for YouTube and Meta
- Add visual effects, 2D animation, and motion graphics
4. Developing and maintaining the brand’s visual style
- Working with brand guidelines
- Ensuring brand’s visual consistency

🚀 Skills & Qualifications:

- Tools: Figma; strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant design tools
- Confident use of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Basic knowledge of After Effects Expressions
- Basic experience with Figma Motion / Lottie
- Experience using key After Effects scripts and plugins
- Experience working with video assets for Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms
- Knowledge of AI tools
- Branding: ability to develop and maintain visual brand consistency across all design assets
- Illustration: strong illustration skills, including the creation and preparation of illustrations for web and digital products

- Understanding of UX/UI principles
- Ability to analyze visual solutions based on results and performance
- Experience working with templates and design systems
- Experience working with HubSpot
