VentorTech is looking for a Lead Business Analyst.

Needed:
Strong background as a Business Analyst in software implementation projects
Experience working in ERP/CRM domains
Practical experience running discovery workshops and formalising requirements
Ability to create functional specifications, process flows and acceptance criteria
Experience in resource planning or people-management
Strong analytical thinking, structured communication and stakeholder management
Ability to balance hands-on delivery with leadership responsibilities
Fluency in English; Russian or Polish is a strong advantage

Optionally, but advantageous:

Experience building BA playbooks, templates or standardised methodologies
Background in leading small BA teams or mentoring juniors
Experience with Odoo
