Salary: 4000-5500$ gross

About Us
Our Client is a tech company specializing in ERP solutions based on Odoo. They help small and mid-sized businesses automate and scale their operations across sales, inventory, manufacturing, and finance.

What You’ll Do

-Team Leadership: Manage and develop the BA team, allocate resources across projects
-Process Improvement: Build and optimize BA standards, templates, and workflows
-Discovery & Analysis: Lead discovery phases, gather and structure business requirements
-Client Interaction: Run workshops with clients and align stakeholders
-Documentation: Prepare functional specs, process flows, and acceptance criteria
-Delivery Support: Collaborate with PM, Dev, and QA throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For
-Strong experience as a Business Analyst in software implementation projects
-Experience in ERP/CRM domains
-Hands-on experience with discovery, requirements gathering, and documentation
-Experience managing or mentoring BA teams
-Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills
-Ability to combine hands-on work with leadership
-Fluent English (Russian or Polish is a plus)

Nice to Have
-Experience building BA processes, playbooks, or methodologies
-Experience leading BA teams
-Experience with Odoo
