We are Qatar Insurance Company (#QIC), the leading insurance provider in GCC since 1964. Our vision is to make the first Digital Ecosystem in the region by combining insurance and non-insurance services in one platform.

Currently, we are looking for a ​​​​​​​Jira Administrator who will own and scale the Jira ecosystem across the QIC digital hub

Ideal candidate:
• 2+ years of experience administering Jira Cloud and driving platform improvements
• Strong knowledge of workflows, automation, permission, notification, and issue type schemes
• Skills in communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• English B1+

What we offer
• Long-term service agreement contract with QIC
• Full-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, _Sunday to Thursday
• Vacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 workdays of vacation, and 10 sick-day-offs
• Performance reviews are conducted twice a year
