IT Working Student

Position
Starting in August 2026, we are looking for a Working Student (m/w/d) in IT for our Louis Vuitton Head Office in Munich.
• Work mode: on-site
• Working hours: 20h per week
• Duration: 12 months
Verantwortungsbereiche
Tasks:
- Working with Monitoring Tools, Asset Management Tools, Multi-Platform Endpoint Management Tools
- Improve existing and writing new documentation
- Setup end user devices Laptops, iPads, iPhones
- First level support (with perspective to evolve on second level)
- Support on IT Projects
- Installation of computers and printers
- Work on Incident, Problem and Service Request Tickets
- Experience with IOS, Windows
Profil
Soft skills:
- Team spirit
- Motivation and real desire to improve and learn
- Organized
- Able to work independently when needed
- Pragmatic and hands on approach
- Spoken languages German, English (fluent)
- Nice to have, but not mandatory user support experience
