📍𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: (Basel, Pratteln, Reinach), Switzerland

🛠 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Troubleshooting, Problem Solving, Helpdesk & Ticketing, Windows & macOS support, Basic Networking

📌 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• First- or second-level support for customer issues
• Work with vendors on complex AV issues
• Maintain ticket updates & timely communication
• Install, upgrade, support, troubleshoot Windows, Mac, printers, and hardware

✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Valid Switzerland work permit
• Fluent in English & local language
• Relevant experience in IT support
