Responsibilities
- IT PM for QA & Release Teams - Run governance rituals: schedule and facilitate cross-stream meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes and actions, and drive follow-ups to closure. - Track and follow up cross-stream QA support requests across business and IT streams; monitor status and drive timely resolution. - Track dependencies across streams (Dev, QA, Config, Environment, Ops, Production Support) and escalate blockers proactively. - Maintain and continuously improve process documentation (release processes, binary patch workflow, QA support intake) on Confluence/SharePoint. - Produce consolidated status reporting and dashboards for senior management, including risk and issue tracking. - Support the Release & QA Management lead with workload coordination and ad-hoc PMO activities.
SKILLS
Must have
- - Exposure to Murex (MX.3) environments, binary patch cycles, or vendor coordination with Murex. - Run governance rituals: schedule and facilitate cross-stream meetings, prepare agendas, capture minutes and actions, and drive follow-ups to closure. - Track and follow up cross-stream QA support requests across business and IT streams; monitor status and drive timely resolution. - Track dependencies across streams (Dev, QA, Config, Environment, Ops, Production Support) and escalate blockers proactively. - Maintain and continuously improve process documentation (release processes, binary patch workflow, QA support intake) on Confluence/SharePoint. - Produce consolidated status reporting and dashboards for senior management, including risk and issue tracking. - Support the Release & QA Management lead with workload coordination and ad-hoc PMO activities.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tooling (pipelines, branching/merge governance, automated regression). - Experience with PEGA-based workflows - Experience w/ test management tools (e.g., MxTest). - Prior experience standing up or maturing PMO/governance functions in a growing program.
