Title: IT Internship - Remote (Summer 2027)

PURPOSE Gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise technology operations while building industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and project assignments. Work under direct supervision to assist with the ongoing performance, monitoring, testing, and support of the SAP S/4HANA environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with the ongoing support and performance monitoring of the SAP S/4HANA environment. Participate in environment setup, configuration validation, testing, and system monitoring activities. Gather, organize, and analyze technical and operational data to support technology initiatives and reporting. Help identify, troubleshoot, and document system issues and assist in developing solutions. Support database management, technology analysis, business analysis, and analytics-related projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and operational objectives. Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and process improvement discussions. Assist with documentation of processes, procedures, testing results, and operational best practices. Contribute to departmental projects and other technology-related assignments as needed. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Technology, or a related field. Open to students of any academic level. GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred. Interest in enterprise systems, technology operations, and business applications. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities. COMPETENCIES Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and cross-functional teams. Comfortable interacting with technical and business stakeholders. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Familiarity with data analysis, database concepts, and business analysis principles preferred. Interest in SAP technologies and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. INTERNSHIP PROJECT OVERVIEW The IT Intern will support the SAP Operations team by assisting with activities related to the company's SAP S/4HANA environment. The intern will gain exposure to enterprise technology operations through environment setup, testing, monitoring, analytics, and problem-solving initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to develop technical and business skills while contributing to the reliability and effectiveness of a critical business platform. BUSINESS IMPACT This internship supports the organization's strategy of developing an internal pipeline of future technology talent. The intern will gain practical SAP operations experience while helping the team reduce reliance on external technology service providers and build long-term internal capabilities to support and manage SAP environments.
