🚀 DevOps Engineer – Global Dating App (NDA, fully remote)
We're not your typical dating app. We're real, a bit cheeky, and helping 16M+ people connect on their terms. Top 10 most-downloaded dating app in the US.
We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us scale, experiment, and build smoother love stories.
📍 Locations: Europe (any country) | Kazakhstan | Kyrgyzstan | Uzbekistan | Georgia
💰 Salary: up to $7,000/month (gross)
🇬🇧 English: C1 mandatory
🚫 No candidates from Russia

Requirements:
5+ years with scalable, highly available production systems
Product company background
AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch) + cost optimization
Aurora RDS
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
DB scaling: partitioning, sharding, query optimization
Microservices & serverless
CI/CD, automated testing
REST API, Git, agile
Security best practices
Nice to have:
Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog
Global B2C apps
ETL/ELT pipelines, SQL optimization
BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift
Airflow, dbt, Kafka
