📌 Role Overview
Data Scientist with strong Python skills to analyze, evaluate, and improve forecasting models. Focus: accuracy evaluation, EDA, process enhancement, and business insights (not production support).
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Forecast accuracy (MAPE, wMAPE, MAE, RMSE) across monthly/quarterly/yearly horizons
Automated reporting & visualization (Python, dashboards)
EDA on large datasets – detect anomalies, data quality issues
Evaluate classical models: Naive, Moving Averages, ARIMA
Translate stats into business narratives
Build reusable Python code (Git, Docker, CI/CD basics)
🧠 Requirements
Strong Python: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn, Sklearn, Statsmodels
Solid understanding of MAE, RMSE, MAPE
Time series knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)
Independent, strong communicator, business-focused
⭐️ Nice to Have
Forecasting in finance / demand planning / exchange rates, cloud experience.
