Business Analyst / Functional Consultant

🚀 We are hiring: Business Analyst / Functional Consultant (Treasury & Risk Management)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Functional Consultant to join an international banking project in Europe focused on implementation of a specialized Treasury & Risk Management solution.

📌 Key expertise required:
• Asset & Liability Management (ALM)
• IRRBB
• LCR / NSFR
• IFRS 9
• Banking risk management & regulatory reporting

📌 What you’ll do:
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Work closely with Risk, Treasury, and IT teams
• Participate in workshops and solution design
• Prepare functional specifications
• Configure and parameterize the platform
• Support SIT/UAT testing and go-live activities
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data quality

📌 Requirements:
• Strong background in Treasury & Risk Management
• Hands-on experience with banking risk systems implementation
• Experience with risk automation and regulatory reporting solutions
• Experience with Teciem Fusion Risk / Finastra Fusion Risk is a strong plus
• Fluent English (В2+ / С1)
