About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Anaplan Consultant with Level 1 / Level 2 / Level 3 certification to design, develop, and support scalable planning solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to implement high-performance Anaplan models across finance, sales, and supply chain planning use cases.
The ideal candidate will have strong model-building expertise, a deep understanding of the DISCO methodology, and experience in implementing optimized Anaplan solutions aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and optimize Anaplan models following the DISCO methodology.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable Anaplan solutions.
• Develop and manage:
o Model architecture
o Lists, modules, actions, and processes
o Dashboards and UX pages
• Implement and manage data integrations using:
o Anaplan Connect
o APIs
o Flat file and ETL-based integrations
• Apply performance optimization techniques including:
o Model size reduction
o Sparse data handling
o Calculation optimization
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and knowledge transfer materials.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3 – 6 years of hands-on experience working with Anaplan.
• Anaplan Level 1 / Level 2 certification (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of:
o Anaplan model-building best practices
o DISCO framework
o Performance optimization techniques
• Experience building models for:
o Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
o Sales Planning
o Supply Chain Planning (Preferred)
• Hands-on experience with:
o Lists, modules, actions, and processes
o Dashboards and Anaplan UX pages
• Experience with Anaplan integrations and data management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have (Preferred)
• Experience in multi-model architectures.
• Anaplan Level 3 certification.
• Exposure to Connected Planning use cases.
• Experience working in consulting or managed services environments.
• Exposure to ERP/CRM integrations such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
• Experience supporting global or multi-region implementations.
