🎬 2D Animators (Remote, Full-Time)
Vicapo Studio is launching a new animated YouTube channel focused on high-quality animated explainers.

If you enjoy channels like Crayon Capital or AgentFlappy, you already know the type of content we’re aiming to create - clear storytelling, strong pacing, and animation that actually elevates the story.

We’re not trying to mass-produce low-effort content. Our goal is to build something that stands out visually and feels crafted, while still maintaining a consistent production schedule.

To do that, we’re looking for two 2D animators who want to build something long-term, not just complete freelance gigs.

This is a full-time remote position with a stable salary, bonuses, and real growth potential as we expand.


The Work
Each month you’ll animate around four videos, typically 17–20 minutes long.

Scripts and voiceovers are already prepared, so your role is to transform them into engaging visuals that keep viewers watching.

The focus isn’t flashy animation for the sake of it. What matters most is clarity, rhythm, and storytelling - making ideas easy to follow and visually engaging.

We’re also still defining the exact visual identity of the channel, so this isn’t just execution work. The animators we hire will have the chance to help shape the style of the channel as it grows.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who enjoys animation as a craft and wants to be part of building a creative team.

You should have:
• At least 1 year of experience with Adobe Animate
• A good eye for timing, motion, and readability
• The ability to keep animation consistent and structured across longer videos
• A reliable work rhythm and respect for deadlines

Bonus experience (not required):
• Animation for YouTube content
• Experience with explainer or documentary-style animation

We’re also AI-friendly as a studio. If you’re comfortable exploring AI tools that improve animation workflows or production efficiency, that’s a big plus.

The Environment
This is a fully remote role, with a flexible schedule as long as production deadlines are met.

Salary is $1000–$1500/month depending on experience, plus bonuses tied to both individual contribution and company growth.

We’re building a small, committed team and value people who enjoy collaborating and improving processes together.

As Vicapo launches more channels with support from our investors, we expect the animation team to grow quickly.

That means real opportunities to move into roles such as:
• Senior Animator
• Lead Animator
• Animation Supervisor
