Salary: USD200 – USD230 per 15 to 18min video

About the Production:
A faceless YouTube channel explaining complex finance, economics, and power structures, like they’re presenting to a 5year old child. The storytelling is 2D animation told by a primate.
The aesthetic, movement and pacing style is inspired by: Tariffs Explained with Bananas

About Us:
·         We have fun! We laugh at ourselves and at each other. 
·         We love the ideation process, the creativity, the execution and we’re obsessed with feedback from YouTube Analytics to make us better. 
·         No micromanaging here! We’re looking for someone who can be trusted to do their job.
About You:
·         Animate 4-5 videos per month (15 -18 minutes each), based on ready-made scripts and voiceover
·         Bring characters, scenes, and story moments to life using a provided style guide and asset library
·         Work with motion graphics, character rigs, and dynamic transitions to keep pacing sharp and engaging
·         Maintain visual consistency across episodes

You’ll have:
·         Professionalism. Someone we don’t need to chase up on.
·         1.5 years of experience in Adobe Animate, After Effects, or comparable 2D animation software
·         Ability to match and maintain a defined visual style
·         Basic English for communication
